Budget: Motorists hope for fuel tax freeze

Cornish motorists are hoping that this year's fuel duty rise will be frozen in the Budget.

George Osborne will reveal his plans this afternoon, which may see a delay in August's 3p rise in fuel prices.

For Cornish residents the move would be beneficial, as they face longer journeys to work. Many more rural areas of the county lack public transport.
