George Osborne: 'on the side of aspiration'

More young people are to be offered enterprise loans under new plans unveiled by the Chancellor.

George Osborne  said that young people should have access to loans to start up their own businesses, as he outlined the Government's Budget. He said it was part of a wider strategy to "unashamedly back business" and help people "on the side of aspiration".

But reaction to the plans in Cornwall was mixed, with some people worried about the extra debt young people could take on in times of economic hardship.
